Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Yasuragi had its ups and downs. The spa facilities were extensive and relaxing, which I loved, but the service was a mixed bag. Some staff seemed untrained, which was a letdown since I had high expectations. Overall, while the setting is beautiful, some areas need improvement to match the vibe.
I enjoyed the serene atmosphere of Yasuragi, particularly the amazing spa facilities and beautiful natural surroundings. although the noise levels in the spa area occasionally disrupted the peace. The dining experience was delightful, especially the teppanyaki dinner. However, the check-in process could have been smoother.
Yasuragi has stunning pools and an impressive array of saunas, offering a remarkable relaxation experience. but there were some issues with the younger staff's attitude and the dining did not meet my expectations for authentic Japanese cuisine.
Yasuragi is truly a serene getaway that blends relaxation with a unique Japanese atmosphere. The spa facilities are excellent, but I found some aspects of service to be lacking. particularly when it came to communication and staff interactions. Overall, my stay was lovely, but there were a few tweaks needed to enhance the experience.
My stay at Yasuragi was a mix of bliss and frustration. The spa facilities and picturesque surroundings were truly relaxing, but I encountered significant issues with service, particularly during my dining experience. Overall, while the amenities were lovely, the customer service left much to be desired.
